We develop and produce ingredients for creative catering as a third-party service, such as:
- Texturizers: thickeners, gelling agents, emulsifiers to modify textures and stability: agar agar, carrageenan, xanthan gum, lecithin, methylcellulose. Precise dosages, predictable effects, compatibility with hot and cold processes.
- Freeze-dried ingredients and crispies made from fruit, vegetables, and herbs: concentrated powders for intense color and flavor, crunchy elements for textural contrast. Long shelf life, rapid rehydration, zero waste.
