Over the four days of the event, our stand enjoyed continuous footfall, confirming the strong appreciation for Italian artisan gelato across the Asian market as well. A major success driven by consistent long-term commitment and a company growth path focused on achieving ever more ambitious milestones. In addition to product tastings, we also carried out live gelato-making demonstrations, showcasing some of the key techniques for high-quality production to the Taiwanese audience. The flavours produced included Alphonso mango, fior di latte, chocolate and pineapple.
